1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Reliable International Shipping to all locations within the United States.

• Shipping Cost: Standard Shipping is calculated at checkout (or Free on eligible promotional items).

• Estimated Delivery Time: Due to high demand, custom clearance procedures, and meticulous quality checks, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through our website or via the carrier’s official tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Kaizen & Co Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
